At Diabetic Dave, our mission is to provide mentorship from someone who truly understands the Type 1 diabetes journey—sharing knowledge, support, and empathy to help others feel less alone and more in control. All the information and help you need to see you through your Diabetes journey.
Mentoring is something I am passionate about. Alongside supporting people living with diabetes, I am also a registered mentor with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), supporting aspiring and developing engineers with their professional development and career goals.
My experience has strengthened my belief in the value of listening, sharing experience and providing practical guidance and encouragement to help others build confidence, recognise their strengths and achieve their goals.
I bring these same mentoring principles to my work supporting people living with diabetes.
